Product delivery is guaranteed in Italy and in other countries where the delivery service is available. Products will be delivered to the address entered by the buyer in the form during the website registration phase or during the purchasing phase. The buyer will be notified of an estimated delivery date when they place their order. Soc. Agr. Eredi Bertoni Sante accepts no responsibility deriving from issues attributable to force majeure which result in delayed deliveries or prevent full compliance with the stated delivery terms.
The buyer must pay for delivery costs. This amount will be clearly stated in the order summary before the order is sent out.
In accordance with all current HCCP rules and regulations, the buyer is required to examine the goods received upon delivery to check the integrity of the product/s and ensure that they correspond to the order placed. The loss or damage of purchased products cannot be attributed to Soc. Agr. Eredi Bertoni Sante once these have entered into the material possession of the user or of third parties appointed by the user. In the event that products are damaged when they arrive at the delivery destination or the packaging shows signs of interference, users are asked to inform Soc. Agr. Eredi Bertoni Sante of this as soon as possible and either refuse delivery or express clear reservations when accepting.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 and Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, the buyer must contact Soc. Agr. Eredi Bertoni Sante within 14 days of receiving the goods to present an explicit statement of withdrawal and receive the refund due, with no penalties and without the need to specify a reason. The goods must not have been used or damaged for reasons not attributable to transportation and not previously flagged up.
A refund will be processed as soon as possible, with no additional costs, within five working days of receipt of the withdrawal request. The purchased product must be sent back in its original condition and in the original packaging, along with all accompanying documentation. In accordance with the law, the buyer is responsible for all return costs. The buyer is considered responsible for the returned goods until these have arrived back at Soc. Agr. Eredi Bertoni Sante.
