These general terms and conditions of sale apply to online purchases of products marketed by Soc. Agr. Eredi Bertoni Sante, based in Sassuolo, loc. Montegibbio (MO), Tax No. 03611360367, the owner of the www.deliziaestense.it website. Before proceeding with an order, buyers are required to read these general terms and conditions of sale carefully. They apply to all sales made by Soc. Agr. Eredi Bertoni Sante and are considered to be tacitly and unequivocally accepted by the buyer whenever they make a purchase via one of the possible purchasing methods. The general terms and conditions of sale constitute a distance contract governed by Italian law. They may be subject to modification without prior notification. Buyers are invited to regularly consult the website to view the most up-to-date version of the terms and conditions. In the event that modifications are made to the terms and conditions, those in force at the time the order was placed will be applied.
The following products can be purchased on the www.deliziaestense.it website: Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP, Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP, Agrodolce di Montegibbio® Riserva del Fondatore, Agrodolce di Montegibbio® Bianco and extra virgin olive oil. All of these products are accompanied by a summary sheet providing an overview of their organoleptic characteristics and nutritional value. The images shown are purely for illustrative purposes and are provided to facilitate product recognition. They may not exactly reflect the appearance of the goods delivered.
The products for sale on the website are Delizia Estense® branded foodstuffs. Product availability is constantly monitored and verified and refers to the actual availability of products before a customer places an order. Nonetheless, the number shown should be considered indicative because further products may be sold before an order is confirmed if multiple users are using the website at the same time. If this does occur, the order will be changed and the buyer will be notified by email immediately.
All of the prices of the products for sale are shown in Euro and include VAT. The prices do not include any other taxes, customs duties and excise duties applicable in the destination countries of the products, where this is not Italy. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, who must ensure that all bureaucratic requirements are completed with the customs authorities.

Eredi Bertoni Sante reserves the right to modify these prices at any time and with no prior warning, without prejudice to the fact that the order placed by the buyer will be honored at the price shown on the site at the time the order was completed, regardless of any subsequent modifications. The amount charged may vary as a result of bank charges or currency fluctuations.
